As soon as the Primeurs have been finished, Patrick Bouey's estate reveived excellent awards and comments from James Suckling.
This is the end of the Primeurs for the "Famille Bouey Vignobles & Châteaux" team.
An intense week where the exceptional vintage 2016 of the Châteaux Du Mont, La France Delhomme, Maison Blanche, Lestruelle and La Ribaud could be tasted at the event "La Grappe" organised at the Château La Gaffelière by the Derenoncourt Consultants team, as well as at the Primeurs of the "Crus Bourgeois" at the Château d'Arsac.
Pierre-Olivier Larrieu joins our team as new Estate Manager of the 7 châteaux of Patrick Bouey – Châteaux Du Mont, La France Delhomme, Maison Blanche, Lestruelle, La Ribaud, Saint-Yzans and Le Plantey.
Native of southwestern France, Pierre-Olivier has solid experience in Bordeaux vineyards, such as Vignobles Delon (Château Léoville Las Cases, Château Nénin, Château Potensac), Château Dalem in Fronsac, Château d’Agassac in Ludon Médoc and finally Château La Tour de By in Bégadan.
Pierre-Olivier will present the "Famille Bouey Vignobles & Châteaux" wines within the week at the "Primeurs", at the event "La Grappe" organised by the Derenoncourt Consultants team, and in the Crus Bourgeois Primeurs at the Château d'Arsac.

Stéphane Derenoncourt has been a consultant for the Bouey Family estates for 10 years.
Journalists and professionals could discover the vintage 2016 of the Châteaux Du Mont, La France Delhomme, Maison Blanche, Lestruelle and La Ribaud.
The harvest of the seven estates "FAMILLE BOUEY VIGNOBLES & CHÂTEAUX" took place from 7 to 29 October 2016.
2016 will be an exceptional vintage.
- Château Du Mont is already concentrated and complex. Its terroir amazes us with its powerfulness and the quality of its tannins.
- Château La France Delhomme will certainly be in line with the 2014 and 2015 vintages: fruity, with a good balance between strength and length.
- Châteaux Maison Blanche and Lestruelle will be powerful with a deep color and soft tannins.
- Château La Ribaud benefits from a strong extraction in order to have a great structure. It will be complex and generous.
- Châteaux Saint-Yzans and Le Plantey will be fruity. They will be greedy, round and supple.
This year again, Châteaux La France Delhomme, Maison Blanche, Lestruelle and La Ribaud receive the "Crus Bourgeois" certification for the vintage 2014.
